  • Current Openings:

    Manager:

    • A Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Child Psychology or Cache level 5 – attested
    • KHDA approval preferred
    • Awareness of statutorily compliances as per the ministry guidelines
    • Comprehensive knowledge of EYFS, childcare requirements & regulations and previous success in managing a Nursery.
    • Excellent communication in English, strong sales/ marketing & IT skills
    • Background with experience in site management & operations, financial controls & budgeting, parent interaction/ enrolment targets, training & staffing, curriculum planning & execution
    • Leaderships skills and solution oriented mindset that showcases responsibility, focus and building team culture
    • Enthusiasm, dedication, and a good work ethic
  • Lead Teacher:

    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
    • A Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Education/ Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Child Psychology or Cache level 5 Degree is required - Attested Qualification is a must
    • Minimum experience of 5 years as an Early Years Practitioner
    • Experience in a coordinator role or a department leader role is a benefit
    • Ability to guide, coach & train teachers and childcare workers
    • Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff based on identified needs as per the class observations
    • Review & modify educational programs and set educational standards
    • Ability to review, update, and implement the EYFS curriculum to meet required standards
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of Early Childhood Development & EYFS
    • Ability to lead the Education department in the development, implementation and evaluation
    • Ability to work independently

    • Strong management, interpersonal & presentation skills

  • Teacher:

    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
    • Minimum experience of 2 years as an Early Years Practitioner
    • Degree/Certificate or Diploma preferably Education related - Bachelor’s degree in Education or Cache level 3/ NVQ Level 3 (UK)
    • Attested Qualifications is a must
    • Knowledge and understanding of Early Childhood Development & EYFS
    • Willingness to foster productive links with children as well as parents
    • Ability to work independently

  • Assistant Teacher:

    • Qualifications: Minimum high school / A Levels and above OR Cache level 2; Bachelors or Masters in other areas.
    • Must be able to take over class duties when teacher is absent and follow basic lesson plans as well as safety / operational/ feeding and hygiene elements of the role.
    • Good literacy skills, strong communication in English
    • Enough basic knowledge in technology, e.g. computer, tablets.
    • Work under the instruction and guidance of a teacher and members of the leadership team
    • Support individuals and groups of children to enable access to playing & learning
    • Assist the teacher in the management of children within the classroom and beyond
    • Assist with the learning and development of all children including the implementation of Individual Education/Behavior Plans and Personal Care programmes – including Toileting.
    • Build and maintain successful relationships with student, treat them consistently, with respect and consideration.
    • Encourage children to interact with the others and engage in activities
    • Team player
    • Enthusiasm, dedication, and a good work ethic
  • Classroom Assistant:

    • Good English speaking
    • Experience: Preferred Minimum 1 year experience in a nursery
    • Qualifications: Graduate of Nursing program
    • Other Skills: Music, Art/Craft, Dance or other child related activities which may benefit the Nursery is an advantage
    • Positive, happy, warm person
    • Team player
  • Nurse:

    • Holder of a current Dubai Health Authority license (DHA)
    • Registered General/ Pediatric Nurse with a degree in Nursing
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Ability to establish & maintain a good rapport with children, staff and parents
    • Contribute positively to all aspects of nursery life
